Garlic Parm Chicken Wings 🐔
.
Yeah you could go out and get wings that are deep fried, over priced, maybe not up to your standards for flavor OR you could make these easy wings at home. Perfect for football szn, snack szn, and everything in between
.
RECIPE (12 wings)
– Get yourself some fresh chicken wings
– Dry those wings out (use a paper towel and blot them until their skins are dry to the touch
– Place wing pieces in a large bowl, and sprinkle over 2tsp cornstarch (we’re looking for light coverage over each wing, nothing should be caked on)
– Place the wings on a wire rack on a baking sheet and bake the wings at 425°F for 40 minutes (flipping wings over after 20 mins)
– While wings are baking, melt 3 tbsp butter in a pot, and add in 1.5 tbsp garlic powder, 2 cloves minced garlic, and 1/2 tsp salt
– Take pot off heat, let cool for a minute, and add in 1/4 cup of freshly grated parmesan (pre-grated Kraft is okay too, but not as good as fresh)
– Toss wings in garlic parm sauce, and sprinkle some fresh parsley over before serving
