One Minute High Protein Chocolate Mug Cake (Keto friendly)

This mug cake is made in the microwave in under 60 seconds (yes you heard that right). I used dymatize casein protein for this recipe

RECIPE (1 Mug)
– In a mug of choice, beat one large egg and add the ing
– 15g (1/2 scoop) casein protein powder
– 2 tsp dark cocoa powder
– Add 1 tbsp almond flour
– 2 tbsp allulose (or other zero calorie liquid sweetener)
– 1 tbsp almond milk
– 1 tbsp oil of choice (I used melted coconut oil)
– Stir until thoroughly combined
– Microwave for 15 seconds, three times (45s total). making sure to give the cake a good stir before continuing
– Serve warm, and add a little whipped cream if you feel so inclined (unless you’re keto then don’t do that lol)
