Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Probably one of the simpler recipes I’ve thrown on here. I think a lot of people have a dislike of brussel sprouts because they’ve never had it prepared well!

RECIPE:
– Take 2 lbs of fresh brussel sprouts, wash, cut off base and cut in half (you can also leave them whole if you’re lazy but slicing in half lets them get SUPER crispy
– Place in a bowl, add 1 to 2 tbsp avocado oil and toss to coat
– Sprinkle on salt and pepper to taste along with some smoked paprika, Cayenne pepper, and garlic powder
– Bake at 400 for 45 minutes, turning half way
