It’s not Tuesday but who cares eat tacos whenever you want. Taco Thursday, taco Monday, shit why not taco Sunday. Be the taco eater you want to be, not the one the world expects you to be

RECIPE
– Get yourself 2 lbs skirt steak (flank steak works well but the big thing is getting a thinner cut of meat so it can cook faster)
– Place meat in a plastic bag or large container and add the ing:
– 1/4 cup olive oil
– 1/4 cup lime juice
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 2 tbsp minced garlic
– 2 tsp paprika
– 1 tbsp ground cumin
– 2 tsp chili powder
– 2 tsp oregano
– 2 tsp ground black pepper
– 1 to 2 tsp salt to taste
– Shake to combine and marinade for 2 to 12 hours
– Cook steak over medium heat for 3 to 5 mins per side or until desired doneness is reached (I like mine a little pink in the middle)
– Remove steak from pan and add in sliced peppers and onions, saute until soft. This way we’re not wasting any tasty flavors left in the pan
– Serve on some whole wheat tortillas and enjoy!
