Another super simple wing recipe for the books, and puts some wild chain wing places to shame. WARNING: This one is messy so keep napkins on hand for chowing down 🐔. I actually mixed the leftover sauce I had with a bit of bbq and that was DANK

RECIPE:
– Pat 12 wings down with a paper towel to dry them, coat wings with 2 tbsp flour
– Over medium-high heat, sear wings for about 30 seconds, flip and repeat, there should be a solid crust formed
– Bake at 400°F for 22 minutes
– While wings are baking, mix together 3 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp sriracha, 1 tsp ginger powder, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp chili flakes
– Cook mixture over medium-low heat until thickened (about 5-7 minutes)
– Toss wings in sauce, and garnish with sesame seeds, green onions, or more sauce and enjoy!
